How to request deletion

Email support@ritualtracker.com with the subject line Delete my Sankalp data.

Please include:

• The sign-in method you used, such as Apple, Google, phone, or guest.
• The email address or phone number associated with the account, if any.
• Your device type and approximate last date you used the app.

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with the account where technically and legally possible, including profile details, rituals, completions, streak data, circle membership records, campaign submissions, and notification preferences.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.

Timing

We aim to respond within a reasonable time and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days where possible.
